In many ways, McCreary is equally if not more guilty than Paterno. After all, McCreary actually witnessed the attack on the child. Who stands by and watches a child being abused? No one is looking for a scapegoat, just culpability. Everyone involved is waiting for absolution that will never come.

We are a litigious society, everyone wants something for nothing. Blackberry has a very small window, if not already too late, to get their crap together. Had the iPhone 5 been released BB would be dead.

One would think that with all the iphone fans on here someone would actually know what they're talking about. Apple didn't, wouldn't drop the ball on this, the 4s was created as a pacifier until the iphone 5 can be properly packaged.

Tracking device, really? It's simply amazing how uninformed some people can be. According to NASA, only a few pieces, the largest being 300 lbs, would hit earth.

Shelly: Do you know how many people die each year due to rip currents? Yes, everyone should know that you swim to either side of the current or let it carry you out until it dissipates......which usually isn't too far.
